A Book Review for Signs and Seasons
I’m extremely interested in astrology, and I love food. So it’s not a surprise that Signs and Seasons is right up my alley. As the caption on the book cover says – “Feed your sign the food it craves.”
I’m a Taurus, so you can probably guess which section I read first. I like that the cookbook explores each astrological sign in detail. It not only describes how that particular astrological sign eats, but also how they cook and how they entertain. I thought that the description of a Taurus was mostly accurate, at least as it pertains to me.
Signs and Seasons includes a variety of recipes, from starters, to main entrees, to sides and desserts for each astrological sign. The book is also broken down into the four seasons: spring, summer, fall and winter. Half the fun is reading all about your astrological sign and how it relates to your appetite. Bon Appetit!
