Have you ever wondered what it would be like to be a secret agent? Are you always on the go and looking for a a game that you can play on your mobile device? I had the opportunity to take a sneak peek - and test out - the new Spies in Disguise: Agents on the Run mobile game during The Geekly Retreat and I liked it so much that I plan on downloading it as soon as it becomes available this fall! Keep reading for more information, as well as why I think this is a mobile game that will appeal to people of different ages, regardless of a player’s skill level.

Spies in Disguise: Agents on the Run Mobile Game
I love spy movies so I was extremely excited to find out that, as an attendee of The Geekly Retreat, I would be able to watch an advanced screening of the new Spies in Disguise movie coming out on Christmas Day! Not only did we have the opportunity to interview the directors (Nick Bruno and Troy Quane) and the production designer (Michael Knapp) of the film, but we were also able to test out the new mobile running game that is based on Spies in Disguise, called Agents on the Run. Players can choose their character (Walter, Lance, or Marcy) and send them on top-secret missions. The goal is to become the world’s best special agent by collecting gear and more.
Players can choose between 3 characters.
Agents on the Run is fun for all skill levels
Players don’t need to be an experienced gamer to enjoy the Agents on the Run mobile game. I tend to get frustrated sometimes with mobile games - and video games in general - due to their complexity. That wasn’t the case with the Agents on the Run mobile game, though. Players basically move their characters by moving their finger on the tablet. For example, you can get your character to jump over obstacles by swiping your finger up on your mobile device. Likewise, you can move your character side to side with the motion of your finger as well.
As I tested out the game, I kept thinking that my husband and our 7 year old son would also enjoy it. My husband is very much a gamer and my 7 year old son also plays games on his Nintendo Switch as well as his tablet. Agents on the Run is a mobile game that both my husband and my son will enjoy since it’s interactive. And while it definitely has the fun factor, it’s not difficult to play. We also travel a lot, so this is a game we can play while we are on the go!
